ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS

As firm believers in the benefits of CBD, Cannabinoid Exchange is happy to offer assistance programs to serve individuals that might otherwise find it difficult to purchase our products. To that, we offer 50% off to veterans, those on long-term disability, and low-income households. We aim to make our products as accessible as possible to everyone. If you feel you qualify for any of the below categories, please review the requirements for verification and how to apply. 

Please withhold any sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers. Those that qualify may only use their discount for themselves. Cannabinoid Exchange does not give partial refunds after approval on past orders.

  • Those who fall at, or under the federal poverty level may be eligible to receive a 50% discount on full-price retail orders. If you are unsure whether or not you qualify, please check here.

  • To apply, please provide us with a clear scan, photo, fax, or screenshot of a current document from a government agency that shows you are currently receiving low-income benefits. (SNAP, SSI award letters, LIHEAP, etc.)

  • We do not accept Medicaid for this program.

  • Please obscure or black out your SSN if possible, we will never ask for this information.

LOW-INCOME PROGRAM

HOW TO APPLY

Please send documentation to info@cannabinoid-exchange.com. Alternatively, you can send physical copies to 581 Lancaster Dr. Ste #254, Salem Oregon 97317. (Please include your phone number and email address)

  • By submitting documentation for the Cannabinoid Exchange assistance program, you agree that you have blocked out sensitive information such as your SSN.

  • Once you have sent your documents, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your request. Once your request is approved, we will email you a coupon code. 

  • We ask that those who qualify for this program only use their discount for themselves, and not their family members.

  • Cannabinoid Exchange holds the right to modify or change any of the assistance programs or discount amounts at any time.

VETERANS PROGRAM

  • Thank you for your service! All U.S. military veterans are eligible for a 50% discount on all full-price retail orders.

  • To apply, provide us with a photo, copy, or screenshot of your military ID, VA Card, Drivers License with VA endorsement, or DD-214. 

  • This discount only applies to veterans. We cannot offer discounts for family members of veterans.

  • Please obscure or black out your SSN if possible, we will never ask for this information.

LONG-TERM DISABILITY PROGRAM

  • Those who are long-term medically disabled are eligible to receive a 50% discount on full-price retail orders. To apply, please provide us with a document from a government agency such as an SSDI form that shows you are currently receiving disability benefits. 

  • We do not accept Medicaid for this program. 

  • Please obscure or black out your SSN if possible, we will never ask for this information.
